5th Sem - Numerical methods!!

For Numerical Methods..., All that you need is a calculator!! Easiest subject in any list and you need only two or at the maximum three days of preparation. Every unit will have a set of five to six model or types of problems and every type has a equation to solve. All that u got to do is remember the equations of all the types and make sure you solve atleast one problem in each type. This will make sure you don't get confused while exam time. Unit five will be a little bit different and comparatively tough coz the problems in it are lenghty and bit complex too.. This unit will require more efforts from you to understand.

-> Regarding the text books, Your class notes will be the best ones for sure. So better get a good hand written notes form your class padips (((:P))). you'll need text book for the fifth unit(rest is optional). We people studied Kandaswamy for that unit. Specifically, Singaravelu was not recommended for us as it had many mistakes in printing. For the first four units, if you don't manage a good notes, you can go through Balaji book with kandaswamy as reference.

This subject will give you much space to study other subjects during study hols. It is quite easy, for sure. All that you got to do is write down formula papers, peruse them frequently, go through the solutions for each type and make sure you have solved problems in each type atleast once.
